● Tapping Speed: 0-120 SPM
●Tap Dimension: Metric standards M1-M32 and the related ones for American Standards , British Standards and Custom-made taps .
● By changing the different sizes of detachable tapping heads,the tapping unit can tap different sizes of prepunched holes.
● Tapping Direction: Bottom-up.
● Installation of Tapping Unit：quick & easy installation of the tapping unit in the precise position of the die ,easy dismantlement
●Replacement of Taps：Detachable design of the tapping head for easy replacement of the taps.
●Tap protection: The tap will move back to avoid damage when the sensor detects the blind hole due to broken punch .
And the feedding system will stop automatically.
●Cooling of the Taps: Appropriate lubricant will be sprayed smoothly to cool the taps so as to increase the lifespan of the taps.
