●The tapping tool will be installed in the D station to make the tapping for the products
●Max. Tapping Speed：SPM 80
●Tap Dimension: M3,M4,M5,M6&M8 of Metric standards and the related ones for American standards , British standards and Custom-made taps
● By changing the different sizes of detachable tapping heads,the tapping unit can tap different sizes of prepunched holes
● Max. thickness of material plus extrusion forming : M3 4mm, M4 6mm, M5 6.5mm, M6 8mm ,M8 10mm
●Cooling of the Taps: Appropriate lubricant will be sprayed smoothly to cool the taps so as to increase the lifespan of the taps
●Tapping Tools can be used for all 85 series of CNC thick turret punch presses,such as Amada, Prima Power ,
Accurpress,DeraTech,Jin Fang Yuan, Yawei, Dadong,Tailift,Ston as well as Trumpf ,etc
